By day, I translate complex building codes and zoning regulations into clear, actionable blueprints; by night—and many early mornings—I’m a zoning‑code sleuth and policy advocate, championing smart densification and traffic‑calming, tree‑lined streets.
As chair of the Parks & Recreation Commission and a longtime youth‑sports coach, I guide data‑driven studies on park lighting, tree planting, and green initiatives that foster safer, more equitable public spaces. I’m equally at home steering policy discussions as I am refining ADA‑compliant bathroom layouts or coordinating fire‑safety reviews for interior remodels.
Outside of architecture and civic engagement, I’m on the hunt for the best nacho spots by the hotel pool, scouting classic theaters for a retro movie night, or planning the perfect Lego‑filled adventure for my two sons. I don’t just raise roofs—I raise standards.
As a licensed architect, I use 3D home scanners to accurately document as-built conditions, which are then shared with stakeholders to keep our team informed. I incorporate aerial drone photography to enhance the clarity of site plans and I use Artificial Intelligence to review civil and building codes, streamlining the planning and permitting process.
